Booth extension introduced to improve flexability of hand spraying & facilitate processing small batches in colours.
The pre-exsisting powder coating booth was characterised by six guns on reciprocators ideal for producing consistant quality on volume work but was limited for small runs of complicated shaped components requiring individual attention as the booth only had one side door for hand spray access. The modification which consisted of a booth extension improves the access for the hand sprayer enabling better loading for these jobs making the process more cost efficient.
Early days yet but we already have 4 repeated orders with new customers as a direct result of this development.
